Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist NOC / SOC support in solving technical problems and service requests raised
- Technical experts resolve issues that are typically difficult or subtle
- Have specific, deep understanding and expertise in all technology platforms use by the company
- Responsible for case updating and closure
- First Level troubleshooting through diagnostic/onsite support
- Follow documented processes and workflows provided by BSG level support representatives, vendors, product management
- Escalate to the Lead when documentation is insufficient to complete the tasks or do not solve the incident
- Maintain a Run-Book which they can use for immediate resolutions
- Collaborate with any other support or dependency groups in case the incident has a linkage to other support personnel or outside vendor
- Test and Validation. Work with application owners to validate their requirements. Help in writing Application Acceptance Test, Users Acceptance test cases.
- Report Generation

- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization
- Dependable and adaptive
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Bachelor's Degree holder of any IT related course
