Senior Creative Specialist  

Responsible for producing visual style layouts and images for different marketing and communication campaigns to meet the commitment to the stakeholders. Creates the overall design and direct artwork development and layouts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generates reliable, effective, and strategic original ideas and visual concepts.
• Brainstorms and collaborates for new ideas and content strategies.
• Works from a brief with the writer and helps in idea generation.
• Explains and supports design ideas; both internally and externally.
• Meets costs standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
• Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and stakeholder-service standards.
• Assists in coordinating marketing activities.
• Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Been doing art direction and visualization for at least 2 years
• Ability to bring creative ideas to life either digitally or in print
• Excels in different design applications like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-Up, InDesign and/or others
• With advertising awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Good understanding of marketing and communications design and layout
• Exceptional awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms traditional and digital advertising art
• Strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration, and animation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and well organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for visual details and accuracy
• Background in Information Technology and Web Design will be an advantage
