Creative Specialist  

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for producing visual style layouts and images for different marketing and communication campaigns to meet the commitment to the stakeholders. Creates the overall design and direct artwork development and layouts.

1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to generate a reliable, effective and strategic original ideas and visual concepts.
• Brainstorms and collaborates for new ideas and content strategies.
• Works from a brief with the concept writer; idea generation.
• Able to explain and support design ideas; both internally and externally.
• Passion for both traditional and digital advertising art
• Keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
• Meets costs standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
• Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and stakeholder-service standards.
• With a good understanding of marketing and communications design and layout.
• With an exceptional awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms.
• Assists in coordinating marketing activities.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Skilled candidate that can bring creative ideas to life either digitally or in print. Excels in different design applications like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-Up, InDesign and/or others.
• With a strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation
• With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and well organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Background in Information Technology and Web Design will be an advantage
• With advertising awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Strong organizational, teamwork skills and detailed oriented
• Been doing art direction and visualization for at least 2 years
