You're daily activities are:
- Develop the digital marketing strategy across various online channels. Manage campaign by using a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Translate business goals into efficient digital marketing strategies and drive growth for the organization
- Allocate online marketing channel spends, improving overall & channel ROI and CAC. Ownership of strategy and execution for all paid digital channels including search, display, social media campaigns, video etc.
- Work closely with marketing team & other stakeholders to execute campaigns, create brand awareness & derive performance
- Develop and maintain close partnerships with FB, Google and other key partners to derive business benefits.
- Constantly find new ways to grow overall online brand presence, impact, by utilizing the full range of digital assets, technologies available.
- Execute all brand and remarketing campaigns on digital channels in addition to performance & acquisition campaigns
- Own measurement, reporting and analysis of digital marketing channels & campaigns and translate the same into impact on key business measures
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

You're the one we are looking for if:
- You are extremely attentive to detail, have relentlessly high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- You have great communication and analytic skills, including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems.
- You have a good understanding of digital paid media best practices/ Google Analytics/ Pay Per Click (PPC) optimization, Re-marketing, and A/B Testing
- You have hands on experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, formulas, etc.)
- You have at least 2 years experience in the field
