- Help manage existing TDG facilities
- Implement Safety Practice on all TDG Offices/Facilities
- Assist in managing construction of new facilities
- Assist with preparation of requirements in securing government permits and compliance
- Prepare periodic reports and monthly utility billings
- Other tasks to be assigned

EDUCATION/LICENSES: BS Mechanical Engineering/ Licensed and DOLE Accredited Safety Officer/Practitioner
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years’ experience in managing building facilities as Safety Officer
IT SKILLS/SOFTWARE: CAD/MS Office/MS Project
