Support the internal team in handling auto claims, supplements and revisions to expedite the process.
- Pro-actively coordinate the onboarding process of auto claims and act as a liaison by making outgoing calls and emails to ensure all parties involved have what they need to fulfill their part in the claims cycle.
- Monitor, call and email regarding pending supplements and revisions to meet and/or exceed cycle time.
- Ensure all interactions made with clients and other affiliates are logged into the system accurately and in a timely manner for proper documentation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has 2-3 years of experience in customer service; handling a US account.
- Must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- Good speaking and writing skills in English.
- Background in auto claims or other types of insurance is a huge plus.
- Knowledge in cars is a plus.
