Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Preparing annual and multi-year financial plans for eCommerce
- Budget forecasting including allocation of spends to cost centers Group-wide
- Managing purchase orders, creation of invoices and ledger codes
- Managing payment reconciliation
- Ensure payment dispute resolution is solved quickly in a timely manner
- Analyzing financial data on a monthly basis to identify sources of efficiency
- Monitoring internal controls on budgets and spending for identified line items
- Preparing monthly income statements and liaising with CT Corpora group finance team
- Participating in budgeting processes
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations
- Evaluating and managing financial risk
- Coordinating audit processes
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Big 4 Audit company (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG)
- Experience in a finance role in a growing technology company preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Strong business acumen
- Auditing experience
- Compliance oriented
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- The skill-set to lead cross-functional projects and build strong relationships with operating partners
- Excellent Excel & Google Spreadsheets and data mining skills and the proficiency in directing junior team members as needed
