Data Analyst  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking fora Data Analystto join our Dealer Management Systems Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

TheData Analystis a member of the System Governance Data and Analytics Team that is responsible for business intelligence and system integration data processing, systems training and data flow management.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, systems documentation, database management, M365 (Sharepoint, Power Platforms) and preferably, SAP.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and documentation of projects.
• Data analysis and management.
• Conducting data sets.
• Data flow design based on the existing infrstructure
• Coordination with vendors, dealers, process owners and other departments.
• Conduct competency training for system and data management.
• Writing/reading SQL scripts when necessary.

• You are knowledgable with systems documentation (i.e. flowcharts, data mapping screensets)
• You have experience in database management.
• You have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, BA Computer Applications, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
• You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
• You are capable of setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within it.

Skills required:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 system and Microsoft Sharepoint knowledge.
• Microsoft Power Platform familiarity (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Microsoft SQL.
• Preferred experience with SAP.
