Brand Management Associate  

We are looking for a Brand Management Associate to join Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation based in our marketing base in Makati City.

A Brand Management Associate is a member of the Marketing Services Department who manages and coordinate Toyota Motor Philippines Corporations marketing campaigns and branding activities.

You will help conceptualize and strategize our marketing and branding activities by coordinating with service providers and agencies. You will also ensure that our activities are well executed, and placed on all possible advertising platforms such as, television, radio, printed ads, social media, live events, etc.

You also monitor and manage the budget for advertising ads and marketing activities.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Create multichannel brand/product communication strategy
• Work with agencies to plan and implement campaigns
• Ensure adherence of all communications to Toyota brand guidelines
• Stage media and public engagement activities
• Analyze media pickups, trends, and values
• Prepare realistic & accurate advertising budget
• Monitor and report actual budget utilization
• Initiate and implement cost reduction measures

• You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration in Marketing Management, Operations Management, Business Management
• You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
• You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
