- Supplier quality control management;
- Conduct supplier quality management audit;
- Respond to early resolution of quality concern;
- Product evaluation;
- Budget monitoring;
- Establish quality process for newly developed accessories.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
- Knowledge in process standardization and technical analysis;
- Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings;
- Skilled in using design softwares such as Autocad and CATIA;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills and management skills;
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Willing to work on extended hours and go on official business trips;
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa Laguna.

The Marketing Office of TMP is located at the 28th and 31st floors, GT Tower International, Makati City.
TMP currently produces the best-selling Innova and Vios. Its existing manufacturing plant has the capacity to produce over 55,000* units per year on two-shift production operations.
TMP operates with ten (10) organizational units: Marketing, Manufacturing, Production Control & Logistics, General Administration, Comptrollership, Treasury, Purchasing, Corporate Affairs, Vehicle Logistics and Affiliate Operations Support & Audit.
