Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Implement activities for cost reduction of water, electricity and fuel.
- Initiate measures for cost and Co2 emission reduction.
- Monitor daily operations of utility supply equipments (compressed air, boilers, etc.)
- Manage and plan supplies requirements with stakeholders.
- Creation of concept papers, project proposals and progress reports.
- Experience in construction management is an advantage.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- AUTOCAD and other design and project management softwares.
- Knowledgeable in Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Skilled in making cost estimates and bill of materials.
- Previous experience in construction design, estimation and safety management is preferred.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills; oral & written English.
- Has critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
