Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor market trends, evaluate external competitiveness related to rewards, and make recommendations.
- Design compensation and benefits strategy and plan
- Support in developing the Rewards processes from a Continuous Improvement perspective.
- Engage and involve stakeholders such as HRBPs and other HR colleagues as well as Business Leaders.
- Monitor market trends, interpret results, and make recommendations based on results of compensation & benefit surveys.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Total Rewards policies, tools, communication, in line with business needs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management or Accounting
- Experienced at least 3+ years in Compensation & Benefit and/or Reward and Performance. As a Rewards Consultant will be an advantage
- Have good communication, collaboration, and negotiation, both with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in using Ms Excel/Google Spreadsheet
