City Partner Performance Intern - Medan Based (Internship)  

New Merchant:

• Ensure successful onboarding experience
• Create and develop an effective marketing plan
• Collaborate and coordinate with the designated local team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of communication, process and objectives achievement

Existing Merchant:

• Adding more extensive and personalized communication between Tokopedia and merchants
• Conduct competitive analysis for each merchant
• Create and develop a suitable marketing plan for each merchant to achieve continuous order transactions
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales performance results
• Compile report consisting of merchant products and campaigns based on performance results
• Strive to increase and improve TPV on monthly basis and aiming to improve tier level on the following quarter

• Final year students or fresh graduates with Business, Marketing or Management major
• Willing to be placed at Medan
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• High initiative
• Has experience in design
• Available to start the internship period as soon as possible
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
