Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieve the sales targets by managing the field sales team successfully in the pre-determined area (Jabodetabek, Java excluding Jabodetabek, Sumatera, or Kalimantan-Sulawesi) with the main job to do acquisition and retention of Mitra Tokopedia
- Control the performance of third party business partners who fully manage the field sales officers in the region
- Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow Mitra Tokopedia's customer base
- Create and present the sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts per region to Tokopedia's management team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
- Minimal 2 years of relevant experience handling General Trade in Telco/FMCG industries
- Strong mentoring, coaching, leadership, and people management skills
- Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proactiveness and strong ability to work independently on the field
- Willingness to travel frequently to different regions
