Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct independent end-to-end research on multiple aspects of user experience in e-commerce industry.
- Collect and analyze user behavior through various research methodologies.
- Provide results, insights, and suggestions to stakeholders in compelling and creative ways. Work closely with various stakeholders.
- Initiate sharing session as an opportunity to learn.
- Mentor and coach junior team member to ensure the best design implementation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Have working at least 3 years experience in research industry.
- Willingness and passionate talking to users
- Some experiences in data analytics.
- Resourceful, high attention to details, and curiosity high.
- Think of the now and future market, don’t hesitate to speak up your breakthrough ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills, experienced in working with agile teams.
- Understanding another languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving skill, especially on balancing design aesthetic and product needs.
- Ability to coach junior team members.
- Ability to speak and read mandarin is a plus
