Accounting Officer  

Responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to:

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Payroll, Treasury, Cash Management and Bank Relations, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Bank Reconciliations and Multi-currency Reconciliations
• Intercompany Reconciliations,
• Financial close process including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and other analyses
• Support external reporting process and deadlines
• Coordinate and assist with external audit requests
• Ensure implementation of financial policies and processes
• Ensure regulatory compliances
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures
• Proactively identify issues, drive continuous improvement, optimize and automate processes/systems
• Provide support for special projects, initiatives, and analyses

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• CPA Certified
• Knowledge about Xero is a Plus
• Above Average Skills in Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi-company and international company experience is preferred
• With BPO experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work Onsite, Mondays to Fridays, morning shift
