Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Developing and maintaining clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Employees Contract and Documentation necessities
- Manage payroll workflows and internal controls to ensure payroll activities are accurate and received on time
- Employees Insurance related matters
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Overseeing office administrative general affairs
- Performs other duties as required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Having minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources with specific strength in payroll and administration
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Google suite tools
- Willing to WFO minimum 2 days per week
