Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintaining E2E Pre-production process
- Maintaining lead time/SLA Pre-production
- Controlling of project planning /scheduling for all Pre-Production process
- Check and update all Pre-Production process
- Alignment w/ sales, NPD, & finance for Pre-Production process
- Controlling QC and Sample process
- Manage Procurement, Operations, and Design team
- Analyze, report and propose solutions related to problems in the Pre-Production process
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min 2 years experience as a leader in Manufacturing/Product
- Planner/Supply Chain/ Distribution/Order management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) or Supply Chain
- Solid experiences in leading and managing team
- Strong communication skills & Influencing skills
- Ability to work as individual contributors and work with all levels
