Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payable, payroll and financial reporting
- Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
- Provide strong oversight of financial controls, measurements, and systems
- Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Lead effective financial analyses of the business opportunities that include acquisitions of existing businesses and the assessment of potential partnerships and mergers
- Oversee the effective management of credit risk and receivables as well as company investments
- Establish departmental goals, objectives, accounting principles, practices & procedures
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports
- Manage the Company’s annual independent audit
- Manage cash flow effectively
- Manage the capital structure of the Company and provide financial resources required to operate the business successfully
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 5-6 years of experience in a mid to senior level finance or accounting position
- Experience working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a service (not manufacturing) business with activity based project costing
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Merger and acquisition finance experience.
