- Manage end-to-end people processes and policies starts from hiring to off-boarding
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety, and health, succession planning, employee relations, and retention.
- Manage HRIS and other related to database management
- Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention
- Manage People Operations and Operational Budget
- Consults with business leaders on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Assist business leaders in conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, engagement & retention process & initiatives
- Formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to business leaders and employees.
- Drive change management in collaboration with business leaders for any improvement/innovative initiatives in relevant to people matters
- Responsible for payroll processing and providing functional support for incentive programs
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Completes special projects by clarifying project objectives setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration, or other relevant educational backgrounds.
- Seeking someone with 4-8 years of experience in HR roles.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze problems at a senior level, providing feedback, guidance, and direction.
- A clear understanding of Human Resources practices and legal requirements.
- Clear, strong verbal communication and consulting skills. Demonstrated ability to work at the senior leadership level.
- Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, resolving conflict, having difficult conversations, leadership coaching, compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, retention, diversity, employee engagement, and managing operational budgets.
- Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills.
