Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage end to end operations flow : price estimation, pre production, production and post production
- Manage Partner (vendor) Management by building a partner scoring with certain criteria to ensure the quality of the partner
- Manage partner (vendor) acquisition method to ensure the quality and amount of partner is sufficient
- Manage the pricing engine to ensure the accuracy / reliability of the price estimation
- Manage SOP Related to operations, production and price estimation
- Develop Service Level Agreements (SLA) of the operations flow (price estimation, pre production and post production)
- Implementation of products such as app for vendor and for internal operations team pricing engine
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 years of working experience in startup (operations) or consulting
- Strong knowledge of business, operations and strategy
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Willingness to learn about the company’s business and operations
- Good Analytical Skills, and attention to detail
- Strong implementation skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Candidate must possess /Bachelor/ Master's Degree in any field
- Preferably graduate from top university
