Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assess the technical training and development needs of employees;
- Design learning and development programs to elevate the competence of the crew / personnel;
- Develop programs to enhance the problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical thinking of employees;
- Facilitate training programs and evaluate the impact on the job;
- Facilitate the implementation of Multi-skilling, on-the-job training, and other developmental programs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a graduate of any engineering course;
- Has familiarity with Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), 7 Quality Control Tools, Process Mapping, Auditing Techniques, Problem Solving Tools, Statistical Tools, Lean Manufacturing Tools such as Spaghetti Diagram, Standardization and Quick Changeover;
- With experience in full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, facilitate and evaluate) or its equivalent of three (3) years focused training on the job as Technical Trainer;
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills;
- With pleasing personality and excellent people skills;
- Willing to be based in Pampanga.
