• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Involve and execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off, wireframe, and prototypes to the lead
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Design the website and pages for new events and features on Wix.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Create forms for registrations and others
• Handle Backend Database in Wix Dashboard
• Add new products and create event coupons in Wix Dashboard
• Create and manage badges/site members.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Working closely with the Business, Content, Graphic Design, and Customer Service team to make sure projects and activities are running smoothly

• At least 2 years experience working in UI/UX design and/or web development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or any related field
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction​
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Familiar working with Wix
• Good understanding with HTML & CSS
• Deep passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and women empowerment.
• Able to quickly come up with and execute website development.
• Strong critical thinking skills and creativity
• Attach your UI/UX design portfolio along side your application
