As a Lead Software Engineer at Tinkerlust, you will be supporting your VP of Technology to achieve the objectives of your squad. In addition to solving complex problems and building features, you will also:
- Manage 1-3 engineers in your squad and be responsible for their growth
- Coach engineers
- Prepare execution strategy for stories
- Contribute to our internal platforms in terms of tooling and capabilities
- Work with stack which includes Ruby on Rails, Next.js and React.js
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading and managing several engineers
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Experience building software systems with reasonable complexity
- Several years of experience sharpening your capabilities in a specific field (web, mobile or backend)
- Experience with using Ruby on Rails, Next.js and React.js
- Additional breadth of experience in any other platforms
- Able to articulate good software engineering practices
- Experience applying software engineering practices in their teams
- Experience managing stakeholders with good communication and coordination skills
