Presales Consultants provide consultative support to Account Managers in terms of project scoping, e. g. solution demonstration, high-level solution design, the scope of works and estimates creation. Helping the AM close deals based on the proposed solutions. Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Degree BA. Or Information Technology
- At least 2 years experience with Salesforce ( e.g. administration, support and consulting)
- Certified Salesforce System Administrator is an advantage
- Adept in Salesforce set-up and configuration
- Knowledgeable on the in and out of Salesforce platform
- Ability to understand customer's business pain points, metrics and plans
- Ability to transform business process into solutions
- Presentation Skills (Business Process)
