Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee the activities of the testers before, during and after development.
- Review created test cases of QAs to ensure effectivity, correctness and all requirements are covered
- Continuous improvement of the testing framework, process and testing quality and efficiency
- Prepares test plan and helps write detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scripts
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Combine automated/manual testing to efficiently cover system functionality without compromising quality
- Strives to automate and maintain comprehensive test sets with a continuous improvement mentality
- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
- Preferably more than 5 years of experience specializing in IT/Computer - Software or any equivalent field.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodology.
- Has experience with test automation.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Both white box and black box testing.
- Automated testing tools.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
