Branch Manager - Cebu  

To plan, direct, organize and control the activities, operations and resources with the end view of providing fast and efficient services to all clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plans, directs and controls activities of Cebu and Iloilo branches.
2. Directs all operationals aspects including sales, service, accounting and logistics.
3. Develop annual plan, annual budget – development of short/long range, annual business and capital plans
4. Develops forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
5. Conducts regular review of policies and analyzes processes to ascertain operational efficiency and determine areas for improvement.
6. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
7. Understands and assures operational compliance with local and national laws.
8. In coordination with Department Heads, develops and implements general policies and sets standards on specific policies, programs and procedures.
9. Oversight of all Department Heads and their respective staff; ensure all employees are working effectively together to deliver high levels of service to clients.
10. Set standards for all employees and actively promote a positive work environment where teamwork is emphasized.
11. Identifies administrative and operational requirements of the offices.
12. Develops and implements operational and administrative policies and procedures in order to ensure operational and personnel efficiency.
13. Performs other related functions as directed by superior.

1. Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting/Banking and Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or equivalent.
3. At least 4-6 years of working experience in managerial capacity in the same field.
4. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet and presentation applications
5. Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills
6. Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills.
8. Willing to do field work.
9. Must be willing to handle our branches including Iloilo and Cebu.
10. Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu.
