Assistant Marketing Manager  

The Superfood Grocer is a passionate, game-changing company that is looking for integral members to add to our growing team. We operate in an exciting, innovative, fast-growing category -- the natural, plant-based, healthy food sector. Our products include award-winning vegan ice cream, coconut-based granola clusters, cholesterol-free jackfruit barbecue ribs, and a wide roster of Superfoods (chia seeds, cacao nibs, matcha, quinoa, among others).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy across all channels -- social media, brand collaborations, and sampling events, among others. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities (online promos, collaborations, sampling activations, etc.) to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
