- Validate data extracted from the AutoDeal LMS.
- Create log reports based on Client performance data.
- Analyze trends for the creation of recommendations and action items to continuously improve Client performance and aid them to reach their business goals.
- Create knowledge bases from Client data, behavior, and feedback
- Identify opportunities to enhance new/existing processes.
- Report deficiencies in processes or tools to ensure efficient and timely execution of deliverables.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years of experience with data management/order tracking/data entry.
- Highly analytical with sound judgment.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Google equivalents, etc.).
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize various data points and drive towards a conclusion with the ability to justify that conclusion
