Basic Responsibilities:

  • ​​​​​​Responsible to achieve target goals, both quarterly and annually.
  • Identifying new sales leads and pitching products and services.
  • Researching companies and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching client needs and learning who makes decisions.
  • Contacting leads via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Preparing customized Pitch Deck and Shonet Media Proposals.
  • Developing quotes and contracts.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments.

About the Role:
You will be the driving force of the company, canvassing, approaching and closing deals with clients, being responsible to generate sales revenue whilst also maintaining long-term relationships with clients for future partnerships.

You are a Perfect fit into The Shonet's Business Development team if:

  • A HUSTLER, persistent, goal-oriented and growth mindset.
  • At least 1.5 years working experience as Sales/Business Development (preferable from agency or media background).
  • Has proven experience and results in lead generation and management, converting cold leads to actual long-term clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English - Has the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Energetic, outgoing and friendly - Able to communicate confidently both when Cold Calling or when meeting C-Level Executives.
  • Analytical, problem solver, quick thinking and has great time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
