Retail Operations Leader  

We are looking for leaders who will pioneer a team of Retail personnel to perform their best at work everyday. Someone who can instill care when handling best-in-class products so that Purple Oven customers can enjoy them at their freshest. A talented individual who can maintain smooth backroom operations in running the store, while continuously improving current ways of serving the customers.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Executes and upholds retail store operations and abides by good manufacturing practices
• Maintains the upkeep of the store to enhance customer experience and provide a comfortable environment
• Addresses customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Ensures proper handling, storing, presentation, and packaging of products
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through personnel handling
• Continuously finds ways to improve existing operations to become more efficient and serve our customers well
• Represents the company through direct interaction with the customers

Location assignment may be in Quezon City, Makati City, Muntinlupa City, or Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

• Preferably graduates of Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, Communication, Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, and Psychology are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
