Cafe Attendant  

A barista who performs their best at work every day. Someone who wants to share their passion with coffee, and can build and maintain relationships with customers, while ensuring the quality of the drinks served. A talented individual who can maintain smooth store operations, while continuously improving customer service.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Follow the processes and recipe for beverage to be served
• Execute and uphold store operations and abide by good manufacturing practices
• Maintain the upkeep and comfortable environment of the store to enhance customer experience
• Address customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Represent the company through direct interaction with the customers

• Preferably has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Psychology, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Communications
• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
• Is willing to be assigned to a Retail store in Quezon City
