Retail Data Analyst

Someone who can evaluate and analyze data to take action to continuously improve performance, maximize opportunities, and ensure freshness of goods.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Place and process retail orders to ensure adequate quantities are produced on schedule
• Analyze historical data and recent trends for more accurate target setting
• Facilitate review of target performance and initiates efforts to boost performance
• Ensure freshness of supply through proactive monitoring of reported inventories and proper allocation of stocks
• Communicate with ease to a socially diverse team through in-house training and execution of salesmanship strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that stores receive the correct quantities from deliveries

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering course, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Statistics
• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
