Production Planning Manager  

A trustworthy leader who appreciates, understands, and desires to make daily manufacturing operations efficient and of consistent quality. Someone who can ensure that throughout production, the resources are maximized, inventory is accounted for, and waste is minimized.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Plan efficient plant operations to serve orders promptly
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take action to continuously improve efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand operations and the support needed
• Source materials and equipment that can improve efficiency without sacrificing the quality of the products and food safety
• Communicate with ease to a socially diverse community to teach proper process, practices, and proper care and use of materials
• Continuously review and evaluate the production process flow to ensure consistent productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
• Develop, teach, and reinforce the inflow and outflow of materials and products to ensure clear accountabilities and proper handling

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering course, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Statistics
• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
