Customer Care Associate | Sta Rosa City  

We are looking for leaders who desire to make customers happy in their daily interaction. Someone who can make an everyday experience special by assessing, understanding, applying, and enhancing what we can offer.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Directly interacts with customers in the stores and through the phone to answer their inquiries, and assist them with their requests
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to place and fulfill customers' orders
• Proactively builds and maintains relationships with retail customers
• Addresses customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community to provide genuine and caring service to all customers
• Turns relevant and effective projects into operations that help enhance our service to the customers

• Preferably graduates of Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration, and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, Communication, Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, and Psychology are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
