Associate Data Analyst  

We are looking for leaders who understand and appreciate the value to setting and hitting targets to achieve the goals of the company. Someone who can evaluate and analyze data to improve performance, maximize opportunities, and ensure freshness.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Places and processes retail orders to ensure adequate quantities are produced on the specified day
• Analyzes historical data and recent trends for more accurate target setting
• Facilitates review of target performance and initiates efforts to boost performance
• Ensures freshness of supply through proactive monitoring of reported inventories and proper allocation of stocks
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse team through in-house training and execution of salesmanship strategies
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure that stores receive the correct quantities from deliveries

• Preferably graduates of Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Mathematics, and Management Information Systems are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
