Data Encoding Officer  

We are looking for teammates who demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail has strong organization skills and integrity. Someone who can understand the operations of different teams, adhere to set accounting policies and procedures and check internal controls for clear accountability.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Keeps the business on track with day to day accounting functions
• Records data accurately and promptly
• Reviews and generates reports for sales collected, inflow and outflow of products and materials inventory, and purchases
• Reconciles any discrepancies that may reflect on the reports and come up with solutions to improve existing systems
• Performs audits through routine checks of standards practiced and physical inventory counts

• Preferably graduates of Accountancy, Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration, and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Legal Management, and Management Information Systems are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
