Collection Officer - Salary Loans

We’re looking for Collection Officers who will do more than just develop and implement collection efforts for a new and exciting salary loan product with a tech-based value proposition – they will be at the frontline of enabling employers empower their employers with financial solutions that free them from worry and boost their productivity.

Our Collection Officers for Salary Loans are in charge of:

• Conducts daily collection activities to resolve and prevent account delinquency.
• Distributes collection targets/assignments to third party collection agents, monitors their performance, and assists in the filing of collection cases (as needed)
• Prepares regular collection and delinquency account reports and initiates remedial actions in accordance with company policies and within relevant government regulations
• Engages clients and attends to their inquiries according to Golden Legacy’s customer service standards.

• Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years experience in collections for consumer loans
• Can work under pressure and with less supervision
• Results driven, possessing a proven track record of delivering against targets
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills; Has strong customer service orientation
• With computer knowledge and skills (word processing, spreadsheet, graph, database)
