- Responsible for conducting training needs diagnosis covering all stores and branches kitchen personnel
- Designing and delivering appropriate training programs
- Ensuring kitchen staff observance of set hygiene, orderliness and cleanliness standards.
- Adherence to policies related to kitchen operations and procedures on matters relating to food and ingredients quality, recipe compliance, food handling, preparation, and serving.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Certified Professional Chef, with a background in Hotel and Restaurant Mgt., Nutrition, Food Technology and other related courses.
- At least seven (8)years experience professional cooking ( general and specialist ) in a hospitality focused organization, in kitchen operations including 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Good knowledge of the peculiarities of restaurant operations, ( casual dining to fine dining ) and other entities in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis, course design including those for registration with certifying bodies, program delivery, evaluation and administration and being conversant with various training methodologies, techniques, evolving and modern training tools, facilities, and equipment.
- Effective communications in dealing with/motivating people, in resolving conflicts and in promoting teamwork.

The Aristocrat Restaurant or simply Aristocrat is a popular Filipino restaurant founded by Engracia Cruz-Reyes, popularly known as Aling Asiang and her husband, Justice Alex A. Reyes. From its humble beginning as a snack mobile along Roxas Boulevard in 1936, Aristocrat is now a restaurant enterprise with branches all over Metro Manila.
Aristocrat is famous for its Chicken Barbecue recipe sending local and even balikbayan patrons in droves. Aside from its barbecue specialty, the restaurant is also known for its native Filipino dished like Kare-Kare, Chicken Honey, Crispy Pata, Pancit Canton, Dinuguan, and Lumpia.
