Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Answers inquiries, conduct product presentation, give quotations and closes sales while on store duty
- Collects money from the customer and gives this to the cashier for invoicing.
- Helps cashier in packing the products that have been purchased.
- Maintain in-stock in a presentable condition at assigned areas
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must be at least a graduate of a vocational course or any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-2years working experience as Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or any similar role.
- Good analytical or math skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
