Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Process AR transactions such as but not limited to sales invoice, DM/CM, SOA, salary deduction and proforma invoice, if needed
- Validate completeness of documents, make entries and record sales
- Prepare journal entries
- Monitor all credits and collections with the timely preparation of SOAs
- Monitor and prepare accounts receivables aging report
- Handle dispute for chargeback notification
- Maintain monthly BS schedule of accounts related to AR
Financial Reporting Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
- Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
- Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
- Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the Company’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Corporate Planning Responsibilities:
- Prepares and cascades approved budget memo to budget-owners
- Executes system release/approval of purchase orders (Trade & Non-trade) in SAP, Navision and RPRO
- Prepares Sales Metrics (Monthly Sales & Target Achievement Report) every second week of the month
- Prepares Alpargatas Order Tracking for Principal Compliance
- Prepares memo for new policies, procedures and guidelines including amendments
- Maintains correct product costing through validation and timely approval of Purchase Orders (Non-trade) in the FMS including correct cost estimatesProvides accurate information required by Treasury & Collection Section
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be BS Accountancy graduate
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Navision is a plus.
- At least 1 year experience in accounting
- Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principles
- Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
- Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
