IT Manager  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT governance

• Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals
• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
• Analyzing the business requirements of all companies and departments to determine their technology needs
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Coordinate IT supervisors and staff as well as supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance
• Control budget and report on expenditure
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

IT Architecture

• Systems Management (SAP, Navision, Retail Pro, Qliksense)
• Network Management

IT Infrastructure

• Data Center Management
• Disaster Recovery Management
• Data Security Management

Risk Management

• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

Operational Management

• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
