Digital Marketing Lead  

MAIN TASK: The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns. Must have a passion for understanding our brands, consumer cases, and target market segments covering all digital marketing strategies delivered across all online channels.

• Works with the Digital Commerce Head in implementing all digital marketing activities of the brand, which consists but is not limited to lead generation, SEO/SEM execution, handling of a marketing database, and building of email, website, and social media marketing campaigns.
• With Certification in Google Analytics is definitely a plus
• Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies.
• Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company’s online channels.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and parallel brand data.
• Identify digital trends and insights, and apply when appropriate.
• Handle the delivery of online campaigns, making sure that they are consistent with the style and content tone of the company.
• Integrate SEO/SEM, social media, paid ad programs, website conversion and any other conversion optimization processes.

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of Marketing, Communication, Business, or other related fields.
• Experience in Retail Fashion, eCommerce accounts is desirable.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrable understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
• Familiarity with Social tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.
• SEO/SEM, Facebook Blueprint Certification a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with high-level executives.
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple assignments with varying deadlines.
• Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to bring a fresh perspective.
