Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Invoicing/Billing
- Ensures the completeness, accuracy and the timely preparation and delivery of billing documents to include but not limited to the following:
- Sales Invoices for assigned accounts
- Statement of Accounts for assigned accounts
- Salary deduction form for employees’ personal orders
Reports/Schedules
- Makes proper and complete account recognitions in all related sales and receivable entries
- Ensures sufficiency of all required period reversals, adjustments, and month-end accruals
Other Responsibilities
- Ensures the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of all required file maintenance
- Provides accurate information required by Treasury & Collection Section
- Selling Event Cashiering Support
- Monitors Accountable forms through proper inventory
- Performs Other Task assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Finance
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong accounting foundation
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently (detail-oriented) in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably w/ SAP software experience
