Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure completeness of supporting documents related to billing from vendors and employees based on the processed payments.
- Ensures completeness and genuineness of all required supporting attachments and supplementary documentations – RFP,PR,PO Billing Invoices, Contracts and other mandatory documents
- the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of all required file maintenance to include but not limited to: suppliers and contractors individual 201 files, APV and CV master file.
- Reviews vendor invoices for accuracy and makes the necessary changes before submitting payment
- Reconciles accounts payable transactions by monitoring accounts
- Ensures complete recognition of all Taxes, relative to the respective payment transaction
- Provides supporting documentation for audits
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS - Accountancy
- Fresh graduate to at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong accounting foundation
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently (detail-oriented) in a fast-paced environment.
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
