Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for directing, controlling and managing all employees assigned in the Branch
- Manages the daily operations of the Branch by setting workflow priorities.
- Tracks daily performance through individual, real time or remote monitoring to provide immediate feedback.
- Creates applicable Operations policies and procedures.
- Oversees handling of Client and Account Holders complaints and problems.
- Liases with bank representatives to address all their needs/demands, foster goodwill and strengthen relationship.
- Ensures efficient usage of company assets.(computers, call recording systems, phones, lockers, headsets, etc)
- Improves collection efficiency and introduce new collection method.
- Ensures smooth flow of operations for maximum business impact.
- Prepares and submits Management Reports as maybe required from time to time.
- Conducts coaching sessions and one-on-one discussions with Branch Coordinators to ensure that employees are developed to perform key roles.
- Implements disciplinary action endorsed by HR department to erring team members.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Level to College Graduate
- Three (3) to four (4) years experience in the same capacity, preferably in a Collections Agency, Bank or Lending Institution
