- Handle inbound customer service concerns.
- Respond to queries regarding retail services.
- Handle concerns on billing, collections, etc.
- Provide excellent products and services using available tools and resources.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Accounting/ Finance or any Business related course;
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills;
- Strictly at least 6 months experience on Accounts Receivable (BPO or nonBPO);
- Willing to work in a BPO company;
- Can start ASAP;
- Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days.
- Willing to work in Taguig;
