Power BI Developer  

What you will do in this role:

We are looking for a Technology Specialist - Data Analytics who can engage collaboratively with team and end users to provide Technical Solutions/Issues on Projects on his/her Relevant Area and develop reporting systems. You will help in the development across all areas of the Microsoft stack, from Data Warehouse development to complete visualization in Power BI. You will help to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.

You will develop BI Tools for Leadership/Management, translate business needs to technical specifications, design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools) and maintain and support data analytics platforms.

You will collaborate with teams to integrate systems, develop, and execute database queries and conduct analyses. You will create tools to store data, evaluate and improve existing BI systems, and help develop dynamic reports/dashboard with integrating with web applications. You will also develop and update technical documentation of the projects assigned

What we are looking for:

• · You should have a sound background in data and business analysis
• · You must be experienced in power BI dashboard development
• · You must possess familiarity and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• You must be familiar with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
• · In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• · You must be analytical with a problem-solving aptitude
• You must be willing to constantly improve skills and knowledge with a focused sense of purpose

Here’s what it takes to get there: (Qualifications)

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or relevant field
• Experience of 2+ years’ experience as a Business Intelligence developer exposed with a self-service tool, preferably Power BI
