Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager  

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities
• Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling sales brokers and agents; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation.
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

Education and Experience
