Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Employee and Labor Relations including but not limited to:
- NTE review and validation;
- conduct of initial investigation and administrative hearing;
- recommendation for the decision, ensuring that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct;
- DOLE cases handling.
- Data Management and Data accuracy;
- Performance management;
- Employee engagement - improve, propose, implement Employee Engagement activities;
- Advisor to the stake holders for all people related issues and concerns;
- Compensation and benefits administration, both statutory and company;
- Business Partnering.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 2-years experience in BPO on a generalist or supervisory level;
- Experienced in Performance Management;
- Strong background in Employee/Labor Relations;
- Can support multiple sites;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Can work independently;
- Background in using Oracle Peoplesoft , preferred but not required;
- Willing to work on night shift or rotating schedule;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
